About this role

We’re a successful, multi-award winning AWS Partner, with our own AI solutions over AWS, a UK HQ and an international client base (more details below).

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS technologies to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and platforms. AI/ML experience will be a great advantage.

This role is fully remote / Egypt preferred.

Key responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable data pipelines and data lakes on AWS.
2. Optimize data processing and analytics workflows.
3. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enable advanced analytics use cases.
4. Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices.
5. Regular reporting to management for current activities and projects status.
6. Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills

• 5+ years in data engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python/SQL.
• AI/ML knowledge is a strong plus.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with international customers is highly desired.
• AWS professional certifications welcomed!
