Role summary
The Field Marketing Manager will drive revenue-supporting marketing activity aligned directly to pipeline growth.
This role focuses on campaign execution, events, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-led initiatives — especially with AWS and enterprise accounts.
A key component of the role will be channel marketing management with strategic partners such as AWS, ensuring alignment with partner programs, funding mechanisms, and co-marketing execution.
The objective is measurable pipeline contribution.
Key responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns aligned to priority verticals.
- Own LinkedIn campaign strategy and execution (organic and paid)
- Support ABM initiatives for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive MQL generation tied to revenue objectives.
- Track ROI across all marketing spend.
Events & Partner Marketing
- Own planning and execution of AWS Summits & Cloud Days, MWC, LEAP, and industry events.
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with AWS and other strategic partners.
- Manage channel marketing activity with AWS, including alignment to joint campaigns and field collaboration.
- Manage event logistics, content coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Sales Alignment & Marketing Collateral
- Work closely with VP Sales to support pipeline priorities.
- Ensure marketing activity supports active deals and pursuits.
- Own and continuously improve marketing collateral, including presentations, solution overviews, and event materials.
- Track marketing-to-opportunity conversion metrics.
Website & Execution Management
- Manage and update website content in alignment with product positioning and campaigns.
- Ensure solution pages, case studies, and messaging remain current and commercially sharp.
- Manage external agencies (design, content, events).
- Maintain campaign calendar and marketing operations cadence.
- Ensure brand consistency in all outward-facing materials.
Qualifications and skills
Must have
- Must have the existing right to live and work in the UK.
- Degree in Marketing.
- 4–7+ years in B2B enterprise marketing.
- Experience in demand generation and ABM.
- Strong event management background.
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and digital execution.
- Familiarity with the AWS partner ecosystem preferred.
- Data-driven approach to campaign measurement.
