Additional Event Specific Terms and Conditions for SCS24 (Bexprt Cloud Summit)

In addition to the General Event Terms and Conditions, and Code of Conduct, these Additional Event Specific Terms and Conditions (these “Event Specific Terms”) govern your registration for and participation at the Bexprt Saudi Cloud Summit 2024 (SCS24), also known as the Bexprt Cloud Summit, Saudi (the “Event”) and are an agreement between Bexprt Limited, UK (or such other applicable Bexprt entity defined below) (“Bexprt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you. Please see Section 2 for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in these Terms.

1. Additional Event Specific Terms & Conditions

  1. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms.
  2. Event website: The “Related Site” (Definitions, Section12 in General Event Terms and Conditions), for this event is https://saudicloudsummit.com/(and any successor or related webpage designated by us). The information contained on that Related Site (the “Service”) is for general information purposes only. Bexprt will undertake reasonable endeavours to ensure it is accurate, and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Service.
  3. Disclaimer. In no event (including if the Saudi Cloud Summit event is cancelled or postponed, or if any changes are made to the agenda and speakers) shall Bexprt be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental costs or damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the intention to attend or participate in the Event, or the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. Bexprt reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.
  4. The Event is a private event, and the initial “registration” submitted via the Service is a Request To Attend. The event organizers will review your Request To Attend and endeavour to reply with a decline or confirmation message promptly. In case you wish to query the status of your request, please email hello@bexprt.com.
  5. Refund Policy for this Event: There is no Registration Fee for this event, so in the event of cancellation or postponement there are no Registration Fees to refund (see also 3. above).

2. Definitions

“Bexprt,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Bexprt Limited, (Company registration no 11262575) whose registered office address is 220 Wharfdale Road, Winnersh, RG41 5TP and all group companies local nationally and internationally wholly or partially owned by Bexprt Limited

“Bexprt Code of Conduct” means the Bexprt code of conduct located at https://bexprt.com/code-of-conduct (and any successor or related site designated by us), as may be updated from time to time.

“Bexprt Privacy Notice” means the privacy notice located at  https://bexprt.com/privacy-policy/ (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as it may be updated from time to time.
